1 cup fresh moringa leaves
1-1/2 cup water
Honey as required
Method
Boil water along with fresh moringa leaves. Add a teaspoon of honey and give quick stir. Cover and keep it a side for 10 minutes. Serve moringa tea hot or @ room temperature. Can drink this as your morning tea or any time of the day.
