No Bake Pineapple Cake
No Bake Pineapple Cake is quick and easy summer dessert recipe. Creamy mixture of milk maid and dessicated coconut, mounded on top of digestive biscuits crust is finished with pineapple crush and mint leaves to complete the  Pineapple craving. Ingredients:
1/2 cup chopped pineapple
3 tablespoons milkmaid
1 cup dessicated coconut
8 -10 digestive biscuits
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup pineapple crush
4 drops pineapple essence
Mint leaves for garnishing
Method:
-For crust take a mixture jar and grind the digestive biscuits into it add the melted butter.
-Now take milkmaid, to it add dessicated coconut and pineapple essence and mix it well.
-Then take a ring mould and make a layer of ground digestive biscuit mixture and let it set in a refrigerator for 10 mins. Then after make a layer of creamy milkmaid and dessicated coconut mixture and finally the layer of pineapple crush. 
-At the end garnish it with the chopped pineapples and mint leaves.
