Healthy Granola Bars

Ingredients :-
- 1 cup of peanut butter
- 3/4 cup of dates
- 1 cup organic jaggery
- 3/4 cup of crushed cornflakes
- 1 cup of roasted crushed oats
- 1/4 cup of decicated coconut
- 1 tbsp of roasted poppy seeds
-1/2 tsp of cardamom powder
- 1/2 tsp of edible gum powder
- 1/8 tsp of black pepper powder
-1/2 tsp of cinnamon powder
-1/8 tsp roasted fenugreek powder
-1/2 tsp ganthoda powder 
- Freshly grated nutmeg powder
- 2 tbsp of dry ginger powder
-1/4 cup of chopped dryfruits

Method :-
Take a pan turn on the flame add peanut butter and stir it until it melts. Then add dates and stir it until dates get softened. Now add jaggery to it and stir it until it melts then add crushed cornflakes and crushed oats. Mix them all together. Now add decicated coconut , roasted poppy seeds, cardamom powder, roasted fenugreek powder, cinnamon powder , ganthoda powder ,dry ginger powder , edible gum powder, dry fruits and freshly grated nutmeg powder. Then mix them all together and turn off the flame.
 
Now shift the mixture in to a mould greased and laid with parchment paper. Press it and let it cool down for 15 minutes. Then garnish it with decicated coconut and poopy seeds press it again. Cut it in to desired shape and take it into a plate and garnish it with decicated coconut and poopy seeds.
