Smoked strawberry orange cooler


Ingredients

3-4 strawberry
1 cup orange e
1 glass soda water
7-8 mint leaves
1 tbsp powder sugar
1 tbsp lime juice
1 slice lime
Charcoal
Clarified butter

Method

Cut strawberries and roughly crushed with 3-4 mint leaves and lime juice.
Now add orange juice. Mix it well and strain.
In a small bowl take hot charcoal and add clarified butter and placed it next to juice and cover it for 5-8 minutes.
Now in a serving glass add 3-4 ice cubes,3-4 mint leaves 2-3 sliced strawberries and 1slice of lime and 2-3 tbsp of prepared smoked juice. Now add soda water and stir it and serve immediately.

Keep stirring in between. Turn off the flame and let cool the prepared faluda . After chilling in the fridge for 3-4 hours, garnish it with sliced ​​almonds and enjoy.
