Cherry Cheese Cake Pie Shooters
Ingredients
For cream cheese
1/2 cup hung curd
1 cup paneer
2 tbsp milk powder
2 tbsp powder sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
For cherry pie filling
1 cup dried cherries
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tbsp corn flour
1/2 cup water
Method
Take a mixture jar and add all the ingredients of cream cheese given above and churn it until it turns into a smooth texture.
Take a pan add water as needed and add cherries. Turn on the flame and heat it on a medium flame until it softens. In another pan add water and corn flour mix it well. Turn on the flame and cook until it thickens.
Now add this paste to the softened cherries and cook for 2-3 minutes.
In serving glass make a layer of cream cheese and then add the cherry pie filling mixture and then make another layer of cream cheese. Serve chilled.
