Dryfruit Thick Shake
Ingredients
3 dates
2-3 dried figs
1 tbsp of chopped dryfruits
1/8 tsp cardamom powder
1/8 tsp nutmeg powder
1/8 tsp cinnamon powder
1-1/2 cup of milk
Method
Add 2 tablespoons of water to the dates and figs and microwave for 1-2 minutes.
In a mixing jar add milk, dates, figs, dryfruits and cardamom powder, cinnamon powder and nutmeg powder.
Grind the prepared mixture.
Sprinkle cinnamon powder on top of the prepared thick shake and serve.
