Mango Ginger Balls
Ingredients
1/2 cup mango khoya
1/2 cup powder of roasted cashews, watermelon seeds, groundnuts and poppy seeds
2 tbsp roasted oats flour
7-8 chopped dates
2 tbsp desiccated coconut
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp desiccated coconut
1/4 tsp dry ginger powder
1/4 tsp freshly grated ginger
1/8 tsp vanilla essence
Method
The recipe of mango khoya is given in Mango Mohanthal recipe.
Add all the other ingredients to the mango khoya and mix well.
Make tiny little balls from the prepared mixture.
Coat the prepared balls with desiccated coconut garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve.
