Beetroot Sorbet




Ingredients
1 big size beetroot
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp pink salt
2 tbsp sugar
Water as required
Method
Boil the beetroot and peel then cut it into cubes and refrigerate for 5-7 hours in the deep freeze.
Take the frozen beets in a mixi jar then add all the other ingredients in it, add water as required and churn till it becomes a smooth paste.
Pour the prepared mixture into the container and let it set in the deep freeze for 7-8 hours. Serve the child.
