Fusion Fruity Tiramisu

Ingredients
2-3 rusk
3-4 tbsp fresh fruit shrikhand or hung curd with honey and vanilla essence
5-6 strawberries
2-3 slice chopped pineapple
1/4 cup fruit juice of your choice
Method
Make thin slices of strawberries, arrange in a cookie cutter like a rose and leave to set in deep freezer for 4-5 minutes.
Dip Rusk in fruit juice and place in a serving plate. Make a layer of Shrikhand on it and place the prepared strawberry rose on top.
 Garnishe with finely chopped pineapple, slices of strawberry and mint leaves and serve.
