Protein Shake

Ingredients
2 tbsp sattu powder
2 tbsp jaggery
3-4 cashew nuts
3-4 almonds
1 tsp cardamom powder
1/4 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
1 tsp fennel seeds
2 cups of milk
Method
Chop the cashew nuts and almonds.Then grind the fennel seeds.
Grind milk, cashews, almonds, cardamom powder, nutmeg, jaggery, sattu powder and crushed fennel in a mixer jar.
Take the prepared protein shake in a serving glass, sprinkle cardamom powder on top and serve chilled.
