No Yeast cinnamon roll

No yeast sugar cinnamon rolls.
Ingredients:
1 cup+2 tbsp of all purpose flour
1/4 cup of curd
2 tbsp of oil
3/4 tsp of baking powder
1/4 tsp of baking soda
1/4 tsp of salt
For filling:-
2 tbsp of castor sugar
2 tbsp of soft butter
1/2 tsp of cinnamon powder
Method:
Take a bowl and mix all the dry ingredients then add curd and oil and make a soft dough.
Rest the dough for 10-15 minutes. Knead the dough onec again for 2-3 minutes.
Take a bowl and mix soft butter, castor sugar and cinnamon powder.
Now roll out the dough and spread the mixture of cinnamon and sugar and butter evenly on it. Fold this into 3 flaps and roll it slightly.
Divide it into 3 strips. Take one strip and make 2 or 3 cuts in the middle and twist it to make a braid and tuck both the edges at the bottom.
Place these in the muffin mold. Pre heat the kadhai and place a ring stad and put muffin mold in a plate put it in the pre heated kadhai for 10-15 minutes on medium flame.
When it is cooked brush it with melted butter and serve.
