Creamy Beetroot Cheese
A healthy creamy vegan beetroot cheese which can be consumed with chapati, paratha, bread or you can eat as it is as normal cheese.

Ingredients :-
- 1/2 cup watermelon seeds
- 1/4 cup boiled and chopped beetroot
- 1 tsp agar powder
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1/2 cup water

Method :-
-Soak watermelon seeds in water for an hour. Then drain the water and rinse it with cold water.
-Take a mixture jar and add watermelon seeds, beetroot, lime juice, agar powder, water and salt to it and ground it till it becomes fine paste.
-Take a saucepan and add beetroot paste to it and cook for 3 - 4 minutes on low flame.
-Transfer liquidy mixture to a mould of your choice and let it set for 1 - 2 hours. Now the cheese is ready and serve it with the bread of your choice.
