Dark chocolate souffle


Ingredients
1 tbsp duch coco powder
200 ml milk
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
50 g dark chocolate
50 g butter
25 g all purpose flour
2-3 tbsp powder sugar
100 ml milk
1/2 tsp vinegar
Method
In a bowl add milk and coco powder and mix well till all the lumps are dissolved.
In a pan add butter than add all purpose flour mix it well and cook the flour. Add the coco and milk mixture to the flour and mix to avoid lumps.
Cook the mixture till it become a smooth paste. Add this paste to the melted dark chocolate and mix well. At this stage add the vinegar and milk to form a runny consistency.
Line the baking ramekin with butter and sugar. Pour the shuffle batter in the ramekin. Bake for 15 minutes at 200c.
