Jowar cookies
Ingredients
200g Jowar atta
4 tbsp powder sugar
60g softened butter
8 tbsp milk
1/8 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 tsp baking powder
Pinch salt
Method
In a bowl add Jowar atta, sugar, baking powder,salt and mix well.
Now add butter and mix it with your fingers till it become crumble. Add milk gradually to the atta mixture and make dough refrigerate it for 15-20 minutes.
Now roll out the dough with the help of rolling pin and cut it with the cookie cutter of your choice.
Now arrange on the baking sheet keeping enough space between cookies. Bake the cookies in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes on 150c.
Remove and let it cool on wire rack. Once cooled completely store it in airtight container.
