Papaya panna cotta
1/2 cup fresh cream
1 cup milk
3/4 cup powdered sugar
2 tsp agar powder
1/2 cup papaya puree
1 tbsp black sesame seeds for garnish
Method
In a pan add fresh cream and milk stir it constantly on low flame.
In a bowl add sugar and agar powder and mix it well and add it to the milk mixture gradually and stir constantly for 3-4 minutes.
Add papaya puree to it and mix it well and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Now turn off the flame and pour the mixture into the silicone mould and refrigerate for 3-4 hours to set. Now unmold and garnish with black sesame seeds and serve chilled.
