Roasted Cauliflower Hummus

Ingredients
250g cauliflower
2 tbsp tahini paste
1 tbsp lime juice
4-5 garlic cloves
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp black pepper powder
2 tbsp refined oil
Salt as per taste
Method
Preheat oven to 200° . Remove the florets from the head of cauliflower and place them on the backing tray and drizzle little oil and roast for 10-15 minutes or until they are slightly golden.
Transfer the roasted cauliflower to mixture jar and add the remaining ingredients. Then just blend until it's creamy. Place it in a bowl and garnish with sunflower seeds and sesame seeds and serve.
