Strawberry Souffle

Ingredients
100 ml softened vanilla ice cream
2 tbsp of fresh cream
2 tbsp of powered sugar
3-4 tbsp of strawberry puree
2 tbsp agar powder
2 tbsp water
Method
Soak agar powder in water for 5 minutes then gently heat to dissolve.Cool.
In a bowl add ice cream, fresh cream strawberry puree and sugar. Add dissolved agar powder and beat to mix well.
Pour the mixture in the serving cup. Refrigrate to set for 3-4 hours.
Serve topped with chopped strawberry.
