Phyllo sheets


Ingredients

1-3/4 cup All purpose flour 
1/4 cup unflavoured oil
1/4 cup milk and 1/4 cup water mixed
1-1/4 tsp baking powder
3  tbsp Corn flour and 1tbsp all purpose flour for dusting
Pinch salt

Method

In a bowl, take flour, salt and baking powder and add a mixture of  milk and  water and then add oil to make a slightly looser dough than chapatti . Cover it and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Mix cornflour and all purpose flour in a bowl.
Make a lemon-sized ball from the prepared dough and cover it.
Dust the mixed flour on the work surface.
Take 3 balls from it and roll the  chappati with the help of a rolling pin. Now dust the corn flour and all purpose flour that you have mixed between the three chappatis and roll it as thin as possible again.
Carefully separate the three sheets dust them again and fill them in a ziblock bag and store in the fridge for 7-8 days.
