Cream Cheese
Ingredients
1 cup Paneer
1/2 cup hung curd
2 tbsp cornflour
1 cup whip cream
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
Pinch Xanthan gum powder
Method
Take all the ingredients except xanthan gum powder in the mixture jar and churn it until it becomes a smooth paste.
Store the prepared cream cheese in an airtight container.
It can be stored in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
Add xanthan gum powder to the paste before using.
Dissolve xanthan gum powder in cold water, strain it. Add 1 teaspoon of strained gummy water in prepared cream cheese and churn it again when you want to use the cream cheese, it will help to hold the cream.
