Mango Custard Pudding
1 cup mango pulp
500ml milk
1 cup fresh cream
1/2 cup sugar
3 tbsp vanilla custard powder
Method
Take a pan keep it over medium flame and boil the milk. Take a bowl and mix the custard powder with 1/2 cup of milk and stir until the mixture turns in to a smooth blend without any lumps.
Now put a pan over medium flame and boil the remaining milk. Bring milk to a boil and add the custard blend to it. Then add sugar and boil for 3-4 minutes and switch off the flame. Then add the mango puree along with the fresh cream and mix well. Stir gently for a minute and keep it in the fridge for 5-6 hours.
Garnish with scooped mango,chia seeds and whipped cream and serve chilled.
