Mille-feullie
Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup powdered sugar
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup mango puree
2 tbsp of melted white chocolate
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
While chocolate mango ganache
1/4 cup mango puree
1/4 melted white chocolate
1 tbsp butter
1 bowl whipped cream
Mango slice for garnish
1/4 cup melted white chocolate
Method
Preheat oven at 180°c for 10 minutes.
Take mixing bowl and mix all the dry ingredients.
In other bowl mix wet ingredients.
Now mix all both dry and wet ingredients and mix well. Grease the small bread mold and pour the prepared cake batter and bake for 20 minutes.
Take a bowl and add melted white chocolate, mango puree and unflavoured oil and mix well.
Unmould the cake.
Spread melted white chocolate and let it cool. Now cut the sheet in the shape and size of the cake. And keep the sheet over the cake and spread the mango white chocolate ganache on the sheet and garnish it with whipped cream and serve.
