No Bake Mango Cheese Cake

Ingredients
1-1/2 cup finally crushed digestive biscuits
2 tbsp of powder sugar
5 tbsp of melted butter
2 cup cream cheese
1/4 cup mango puree
1 tsp diluted xanthan gum powder or 2 tbsp of corn flour
Sliced mango for garnish

Method
Take a bowl and add crushed biscuits, powder sugar and butter and mix well. Add the prepared mixture to the tart mold, press and cover the sides. Let it set in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
Add mango pulp and diluted gum to the cream cheese and mix well.
 Arrange mango slice on a cheesecake and serve cold.
