Coriander Ice Cream
Ingredients
1 cup milk
1 cup fresh cream
2 tbsp corn flour
3 tbsp milk powder
1/4 bunch of fresh coriander
3-4 fresh mint leaves
3-4 fresh lime leaves
4 tbsp of sugar
Method
Take lime leaves and microwave it till it becomes dry and then crush it.
Take a saucepan and add milk and bring it to boil. Now add coriander and mint leaves and boil it for 2-3 minutes. Now turn off the flame.
In small bowl take 2 tbsp of cold milk and add corn flour and mix well and add it to the mixture of milk and coriander and boil it for 2-3 minutes, turn off the flame and cover the pan with the lead and keep it aside for 10 to infuse the flavour. When it's cool down strain the mixture. Now transfer the above mixture to mixture jar, add whipping cream milk powder and sugar to it and churn it. Freeze it for 5-6 hrs in freezer proof container, garnish it with fresh coriander leaves and lime tuiles.
