Curd Halwa

Ingredients
1 cup hung curd
1/4 clarified butter
1/4 cup suji
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
1/4 tsp rose essence
1/2 tbsp sliced almonds
1/4 tsp sliced pistachio
Method
Heat clarified butter in a nonstick pan, add semolina and roast on low heat for 3-4 minutes.
Once it is cooked, take it off the gas and keep stirring it for a while. Once the steam comes out from inside, add yoghurt and mix, then add sugar and mix well.
Then turn on the gas and keep stirring over low heat. When the water of sugar and yoghurt burns, add javintri powder, cardamom powder, almonds and pistachio slices, then add rose essence and mix well.
Garnished with almonds and pistachios and serve hot.
.Instead of the semolina you can use shinghade ka atta or amaranth flour. So it can also be taken in fast.
