Quinoa Porridge With Stewed Fruit
Ingredients
1/2 cup quinoa
1-1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp tahini sauce
1/8 tsp black pepper powder
1/8 tsp cinnamon powder
1/8 tsp cardamom powder
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 tbsp jaggery sugar
Salt as per taste
For stewed fruit:-
1/2 cup chopped or pulp of seasonal fruit
1 tbsp water
1/2 tsp jaggery sugar
1 tbsp granola
Method
In a saucepan, mix milk and tahini sauce, then add water, heat it, add kinwa and mix well. Let it cook on low heat keep stirring occasionally.
For stewed fruit:- In a saucepan add the fruit pulp and water and jaggery sugar and stir until thickened.
Take serving bowl add cooked quinoa then stewed fruit and granola.
