Walnut White Chocolate Tahini And Belgium Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients
1 bowl whipped cream
1/4 cup melted dark chocolate
2 tbsp tahini sauce
1 tbsp walnut paste
3 tbsp melted white chocolate
3 tbsp finally chopped walnuts
For Tahini sauce :-
2 tbsp white sesame seeds
2 tbsp unflavored oil
Pinch of salt
Method
Make a fine paste of tahini sauce in a mixture jar. Add a little oil if needed to adjust the consistency.
Take tahini sauce and melted white chocolate in a bowl and mix well. When it reaches room temperature, add 1/2 whipped cream and walnut paste, mix and leave to set in the fridge.
Add melted dark chocolate to the remaining whipped cream, mix well and set aside in the fridge.
Now take a serving glass and layer dark chocolate mousse on the bottom and sprinkle chopped walnuts on it. Now layer white chocolate tahini sauce mousse on top and garnish with chopped walnuts and serve.
