Espresso Granita
Ingredients
2 cups water
2 tbsp instant coffee
2 tbsp sugar
Method
In saucepan add water and boiled for 2-3 minutes.
Take a bowl add coffee and sugar then add boiled water and stir it until the sugar melt.
Let it cool down and pour it into the freezer proof metal container and freeze it for 4-5 hours.
Keep scratching with a spoon or fork spoon every 15-20 minutes.
Garnish the prepared granita with whipped cream and mint leaves and serve immediately.
Coffee Granita can also be served with vanilla ice cream.
