Guava Ice Cream
Ingredients
1 cup pulp of red guava
1 cup milk
1/2 fresh cream
3/4 cup condensed milk
8-10 mint leaves
Pinch chat masala
Method
Take a mixture jar and add all the ingredients escape chat masala.
Now churn it until becomes smooth and creamy.
Fill the prepared mixture into paper cups of tea.
Seal it with aluminum foil and let it set in deep freezer for 7-8 hours.
Serve the ice cream garnished with fresh mint leaves.
