Oats Rab
Ingredients
2 tbsp roasted oats flour
1-1/2 tbsp coconut oil
1/4 tsp ganthoda powder
1/4 tsp dried ginger powder
1/8 tsp cinnamon powder
1/8 tsp poppy seeds
2 cup water
Honey or sugar free powder as required
Method
In sauce pan heat oil and add oats flour and roast for 3-4 minutes on low flame.
Now add water and mix well.
Add all the ingredients except honey or sugar free powder and mix well.
Boil for 4-5 minutes or until it thickens.
Top with desiccated coconut or chopped nuts of your choice and serve warm.
