Paan Fudge

Ingredients
120 gm butter
300 gm white chocolate
3-4 tbsp condensed milk
2-3 betel leaves
2 tbsp fennel seeds
3 tbsp rose petals jam
4-5 tbsp milk
Method
In a mixture jar add fennel seeds,rose petals jam and milk and make smooth paste.
Heat a pan add butter and white chocolate to it and mix well and cook until the ingredients are semi melted. Then add condensed milk and prepared paan mixture mix well and cook until ingredients melt. Add 2-3 drops of green food colour if you like and mix well.
Line a container with parchment paper. Transfer the prepare paan fudge to the container level it with a spatula and then chill for 30 minutes.
Decorate it with chopped dry cherries. And cut it into equal pieces and your paan fudge is ready.
