Pan Nawabi Ice Cream
Ingredients
3 tbsp fennel seeds
2 tbsp desiccated coconut
2 tbsp gulkand
1 tsp cardamom powder
8-10 cashew nuts
5-6 almonds
5-7 dates chopped
2-3 betel leaf
2 tbsp milk powder
1/2 cup milk
1 bowl whipping cream
1 cup fresh cream
3 tbsp sugar if required
2 tbsp tutty fruity for garnish
Method
In a mixing jar, add all the ingredients except whipped cream, milk and fresh cream and mix well. Now add both of the above ingredients and churn it until it becomes smooth. Fill the prepared mixture in a fridge proof container, garnish with tutty fruity and let it set in deep freezer for 7-8 hours.
And then enjoy the paan nawabi ice cream.
