Carrot Cake

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup grated carrot
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
1/8 tsp nutmeg powder
1/8 tsp dried ginger powder
3/4 cup water
Method
In a bowl sieve all the dry ingredients then add the wet ingredients, grated carrot and mix well. Pour the prepared mixture into the cake mould and microwave for 5 minutes later on for 2 minutes. 
Let it cool down. Dust some cinnamon powder and serve.
