Rose Coconut Cake

Ingredients
1 cup all purpose flour
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 cup water
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 coconut milk powder
1/8 tsp rose essence
2-3 drops pink food colour
2-3 tbsp rose syrup
Rose milk for serving
2 cups of milk
2 tbsp rose petal jam
2 tbsp rose syrup
Some crushed rose petals
1 bowl whipped cream
Method
In large bowl sieve all the dry ingredients. Then add all the wet ingredients and mix well.
Pour the mixture to the cake tin and microwave for 5 minutes later on for 2 minutes at medium temperature. Let it cool down for 2-3 hours then spread the whipped cream on it and garnish with crushed rose petals.
For rose milk
In mixture jar take all the ingredients and churn them.
For assemble
In serving plate put a piece of cake then pour the prepared rose milk and serve.
