Cherry Kalakand

Ingredients
1 cup chopped dried cranberries
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp corn flour or singhara atta
Water as required
1 milk
1/2 cup milk powder
1 cup fresh crumbled paneer
1/2 cup sugar
Method
Take out the seeds of cherries and finely chop them. Add cherries and sugar to a sauce pan and let it simmer on low heat, if necessary add 2 table spoons of water and let it simmer till it becomes soft. If required, add corn flour or singhara atta and mix well and switch off the gas.
In another pan add milk and milk powder give it a good mix and cook for 3-4 minutes now add paneer and cook until it becomes thick then add cherry sauce and mix well. 
Now add sugar and cook till the mixture leaves the sides. Pour the mixture into a greased mold and cut into desired shapes and enjoy.
