Fresh Peach Crumble
Ingredients
1 cup sliced fresh peaches
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp corn flour
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp lemon zest
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
Pinch salt
Method
In saucepan add peaches, sugar, cinnamon powder, lemon zest and give it a good mix. Cook it on a low flame for 3-4 minutes. Add corn flour mix well and turn off the flame.
In a bowl take all-purpose flour, oats, sugar, salt and butter and give everything a good mix .
Spread the peach mixture into the greased baking dish. Now add the crumbled mixture on it and spread it evenly. Now back it in a preheated oven at 180° for 30 minutes or until top layer turns golden brown.
Take it out of the oven and rest for 10-15 minutes and enjoy with whipped cream, custered or ice cream .
