Cashew Coconut Blondie


Ingredients
150gm white chocolate
150gm all purpose flour
2 tbsp powder sugar 
100gm butter
100gm condensed milk
120gm water or milk
1 tsp baking powder
25gm cashew nut powder
2 tbsp desiccated coconut
For glaze
100gm white chocolate
2 tbsp milk 
Desiccated coconut and dryfruits for garnish 
Method
Melt chocolate in microwave safe bowl then add butter and micro for 15-20 second give it a quick stir. 
Meanwhile preheat oven at 170°.
Now add condensed milk,sugar and water and mix well. Now add cashew nut powder, desiccated coconut and mix well. Now add all purpose flour and baking powder and mix well. 
Pour the prepared batter in the baking tin line with parchment paper and bake it for 25-30 minutes. Let it cool down.
For glaze
In microwave safe bowl melt the chocolate then add milk and mix well. Now pour the glaze over the blondie and garnish with desiccated coconut or chopped dryfruits and refrigerate for 5-6 hours and enjoy.
