Corn Kernel Modak

Ingredients
2 cups corn kernels
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp fresh malai
1 tbsp ghee
1/4 cup milk powder
1 tsp cardamom powder
Saffron strands for garnish
Method
Crush the corn kernels thoroughly in the mixture jar .Add the corn pulp in a non-stick pan and let it cook on low heat. After all the water gets burnt, add milk and mix well. Now add sugar to it and mix well and let it cook till the mixture leaves the side. Then add malai, milk powder and mix well so that there are no lumps and let it cook on low heat. Now add ghee and cardamom powder to it and mix well, turn off the gas, take out the mixture in a plate and let it cool, then apply ghee in the palm and make a modak from the prepared mixture with the help of a modak mold and offer it to Bappa.
