Tender Coconut Payasam

Ingredients
1 litter milk
1/4 cup tender coconut mlai
1/4 cup sugar
Pinch of cardamom powder if you like
Sliced pistachio for garnish 
Method
Boil the milk on low heat till it reduces to half.  Now add sugar to it, mix well and boil for 4-5 minutes.  Turn off the gas and add cardamom powder and let it cool.  Add coconut water to the malai of tender coconut and churn it.  Add the prepared malai paste to the boiled milk and garnish with sliced pistachio and serve chilled.
