Sugar Free Chocolate Kaju Katli

Ingredients
1 cup kaju powder 
1/2 cup date syrup
2 tbsp milk powder
2 tbsp cocoa powder
Silver workh for garnish 
For date syrup
1 cup deseeded chopped dates
3 cup water
Method
For date syrup
To make date syrup, heat water in a sauce pan and soak dates in it for 1 hour. Now grind the dates a little and strain. Remove the pulp and keep it so that it can be used again to make date syrup.
Boil the prepared mixture on low heat until it thickens slightly. Date syrup is ready.
Sieve the cashew powder. Add date syrup, milk powder and cocoa powder to a non-stick pan and mix well. Now turn on the gas and let it cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes, then add cashew powder and mix well, let it cook till the mixture leaves the side of the pan.
Turn off the gas and add ghee and mash for 4-5 minutes. Spread the prepared mixture on a greased flat plate and cover it with butter paper and rolled it. Then apply a silver warkh and cut it into a diamond shape and enjoy without guilt.
