Apple Paratha
Ingredients
2 apples grated
3-4 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp chopped cashew nuts and almonds or you can use walnuts also
1 tbsp chopped cranberries
1/4 tsp crushed cinnamon
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tbsp coconut oil
Pinch salt
Water as required
Method
In a non stick pan add 1 tbsp coconut oil and fry chopped dry fruits and take it out. Now add grated apple and cinnamon and cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes or until it becomes dry now add fried dry fruits, cranberries and mix.
Let it cool down.
In a bowl take all-purpose flour coconut oil and salt and mix well then add water as required and make a stiff dough.
Take a lemon-sized ball from the prepared dough and fill it with the prepared stuffing and roll it carefully.
Heat a non-stick pan and fry the prepared parathas with coconut oil on low heat until golden brown and enjoy.
