Chocolate Tahini Bundt Cake
Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp tahini
2 tbsp ground flax seeds
3/4 cup powdered sugar or sugar free powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
1 cup coconut milk
2 tbsp coconut oil
Tahini Glaze
2-3 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp honey
Method
In a mixing bowl add wheat flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and baking powder.
In a seprate bowl mix all the wet ingredients and mix well. Now add dry ingredients in the wet mixture and mix together very well.
Now pour the prepared mixture to the silicon bundt cake mould and microwave for 3 minutes on medium heat. Let it cool down.
For glaze mix tahini and honey.
Pour the prepared tahini glaze on bundt cake and sprinkle some white and black sesame seeds on top and enjoy.
